We called in multiple contractors to come take a look and Francois spent almost an hour and half discussing the various possible solutions, where the others seemed uninterested in helping to find effective solutions. We ended up going with Malan Renovations because of the owners attention to and interest in our requirements and suggestions. He gave us a very competitive quote compared to two other companies that also quoted. Francois gives a fair price for excellent work delivered! The project was completed timeously. His workers were dedicated and courteous, and the site (our home!) was left clean and neat at the end of each day, which was really great!
